Took lots of seafoods recently, I like seafood. Salmon is the fish that I often eat, which is good for healthy due to the fish's high protein, high Omega-3 fatty acids, and high vitamin D content. Salmon is also a source of cholesterol, with a range of 23–214 mg/100g depending on the species full of protein and omega-3.

I like to eat ikura with rice, otherwise it would be too salty for me.

Enterprise's physiognomy

Although there's an old saying, "You cannot judge a book by its cover"; however, when companies interview, inevitably they take by appearance. Not necessarily to look for attractive men and women, at least they want to find someone pleases their eyes and looks lucky. Thus, physiognomy gradually becomes a way during companies' employee elections.

Nowadays enterprises can get to know more about employees by getting professional in physiognomy.

Heard a successful business man said he used to interview a very nice attitude person. The interviewee always looks straight into people's eyes. However, when the interviewer walked away and turned back in a sudden, the interviewee's eyes were exploring around. Such action shows the interviewee is a double face person, who complies in public but will oppose in private, and such person can't be relied and trust.

Many tiny actions shows the real person, which no way can pretend and hide.

Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers

Today's Mother's Day. Two weeks ago I dreamed about my mother. In my dream, I complained her a little why she doesn't come back home, then I saw her back home with a not so old looking. At that moment, I missed her so much, I hugged her and then I cried. Rarely I remember my dream, but I've been remembering this dream till now.

Wish all the mothers happy and healthy. Wish all the mothers love themselves a bit more.

Friendship doesn't mean only with gift they are friend.

There are many types of friends. Some friendships are based on the compliments we give to them, who only listen to compliments.

Some friendships are based on when they are lonely, and they talk to you. Such people love to make friends, their phones are 24-hours on, their website, email, gtalk, msn, skype are shown everywhere.

He is neither a salesman nor marketer.

Some friends cannot accept better friends to be around.

Some friends have more opposite sex friends they communicate to.

Some friends rarely thank people, they just tell others what skills they have, even males said they can make noodles and do handicrafts. In their eyes, they can do everything women can do except getting pregnant for 9 months.

I have a friend S who I've known for many years. Starting from solar energy turbine and green energy.

He never showed off about his expertise, he was never moody, whenever I have

solar energy knowledge to consult with him, he is always there. He shares his own happiness and unhappiness.

At same time, he concerns about my family and I. Even though we don't talk through gtalk nor msn as he's a senior manager who has many busy projects, and I also have many business trips, everyday we say good morning and good night to each other.

The privity and tacit understanding between us show when I disappeared from good night greeting. He guessed that I was away in Europe and flights stopped. I really appreciate this friend S. Having the friend with such care, without extra sweet words, without competing purpose for benefits, is really great.

Friends don't mean the more the better.

Friendship doesn't mean only with gift they are friend.

Even Homer sometimes nods!

Before we do something, it's good to consider well, but thinking too much while all were own assumption could annoy other people.

Recently someone told me, he is a hesitating person. I wonder with such personality, how could he work efficiently without wasting time. Even Homer sometimes nods! He could have done the trip twenty times or more. He should know every inch of the road. It would hardly believe it, but he took a wrong turn and lost himself.
Today I captured this mango pudding. Once I really fond of mango and pudding, in the past a friend gave me lots of mangoes in that year. I couldn't finish all mangoes, so I made mangoes into various forms...mango juice, mango tart, mango pudding, mango salad, mango cake, and I gave away to friends. I had so many mangoes that year, and since then I don't feel that much exciting when I see mangoes. Another way to eat mango is to eat when it's still green. The hard green mango seems to have lots of fibers, besides it's not that sweet. I like unsweetened fruit, which would not make me fat.

Say good words, do good things.

Best wishes to the one who was borned today, my dearest.

Bring our happiest moment to others, say good words, do good things, then we will not feel and perplex by many entanglements in this world.

Some people go to church, some people go to temple, these places are for ourselves improvements, but people still even argue when they gather. If everybody could see the good points of another, encourage the merits of another, while not only focus on what others have harmed us, don't put ourselves in the first place, we will be happier and the places around us will be more beautiful.

LPGA 2010 Thailand

LPGA kicks off 2010 season opening Honda-PTT LPGA tournament at the Siam Country Club in Chonburi.

Thailand by the world's best lady professional golfers.
LPGA tour has made Thailand debut. Thailand has welcomed the LPGA in a big way, local media interviewed golfers at the airport, and billboards lined those Pattaya streets.

Together with my family and friends, I also went to watch this big event.

Out of 4 days, we stayed in 3 different hotels, Royal Cliff Beach Resort, Centara Mirage Beach Resort, and Sheraton Pattaya, due to their full occupancy.

Golf is my favorite sport because I could see big field covered by green grasses and trees, where doesn't limit myself in a narrow noisy space.

Japan’s professional golfer Ai Miyazato has produced a whirlwind finish to win this Honda PTT LPGA Thailand event, the first one of the LPGA season. Ai Miyazato is now 24 years old and secured her a one shot victory over long time leader Suzann Pettersen.

Suzann Pettersen, 2007 champion from Siam Country Club, Old Course, eagled the final hole to edge out England’s Laura Davies by a narrow one shot margin.

Other top players in the field included Yani Tseng (Taiwan), Cristie Kerr, Lorena Ochoa, Paula Creamer, Michelle Wie and Na Yeon Choi.

Karrie Webb and Cristie Kerr finished in a share of 4th one shot behind third placed Yani Tseng.

Lorena Ochoa won the 2009 champion in Siam Country Club, Plantation Course.

After LPGA Thailand 2010, these top golfers except Paula Creamer, have moved to Singapore for their next tournament, HSBC Women’s Champions event.

Whatever we want to say

It's a great joy that Sandra Bullock won this 2010 Golden Globe Awards by her movie "The Blind Side" which has been one of my most favorites. Having watched this movie several times, I'm very impressed. Since her movie "While You Were Sleeping", I like her warm and natural performance.

Attended two weddings on the 10th of Jan, both are rich businessmen. I sincerely wish them! Sitting together with a director from a big enterprise. He said something which made the wedding less colorful as he said the groom used to be his staff, and the groom is an unsocial person who only does what he likes and only accepts compliments which may not be real at all times, and the groom is only helpful to girls. This is what the ex-boss of the groom said. As I know, groom's ex-boss is a good friend with bride's father. This made me to recall what another director said that his human resource manager is often on Facebook and Twitter to look around what their employees have written.
Internet progresses day by day, whatever we want to say, we can post it on the Internet and find someone to chat immediately, and it's because of such speedy convenience which might leave a bad trace.

I asked myself if I could do the same

Happy New Year 2010.

A year just passed and a new year has just begun. I'm really thankful to everything, everything is safe, and thankful to all the supports from my surrounding friends and clients from past years.

The most impressive in my memory across last year to new year, The Blind Side, based on a true story. The most memorable part is when Leigh Anne Touhy happened to meet Michael Oher late in the night, who is black, without friends in school, and received low GPA. Leigh Anne Touhy knows Michael has nowhere to go since she saw him walking alone, she insisted to take him back to her house before Thanksgiving. Leigh Anne Touhy kept Michael and celebrated Thanksgiving together with her family. Without caring other people's different opinions, finally Leigh Anne Touhy adopted Michael, trained him to play football, and eventually Michael became a famous football player.

I asked myself if I could do the same, in the late at night to take a homeless person back to my house. Even though I know he's a school student, still most people would suspect this homeless person's personality. This movie made me wanna cry every time after watching and repeatedly recalled often.

Really love each other, they shouldn't break up.

From the recent disaster film 2012 to the past romantic comedy during holiday seasons, it's hard to persuade myself to watch such disaster movies. There's another movie "500 days of summer", I watched the beginning 5 minutes, perhaps it was too late in the night or the movie itself couldn't attract my attention. I just don't like people keep thinking of her/his ex-lover after they break up.
If they really love each other, they shouldn't break up. If they already break up, they shouldn't feel that they can't live without the other. Some people like to have their new lover to know that they are still in love with their ex-lover in order to show they are nice people. A man likes to have many women to show how attractive he is, but in fact it only shows how unstable he is. I don't mean to complain any man, I've never been played by any man, and it's already very nice of me if I don't leave him. I like the man who stands by his words.
The first Xmas gifts I receive this year are the dolls from Hungary, beers and chocolates from Belgium. When I get time, I will take photos.

I have a reason that I must alive and go back

"I have a reason that I must alive and go back." This sentence is really touching my heart. Rarely I rarely remember any drama actor's line with deep impression, and I rarely get impressed from watching Korean drama except "Lovers in Paris". A few days ago I watched "Iris", the actor was backstabbing and seriously injured. He asked for the help from his team, but the team leader intendedly not to provide him any help but to give up, thus the actor said, ""I have a reason that I must alive and go back."

It's been a long time since I left my hometown. During every new year, the best time and the best reason always lead me to think that I should go back. For a person who wants to return home or has been away from home, this sentence "I must alive and go back", I should not be the only one who has feeling after hearing it.

The OST of Iris matches perfectly at perfect time with the plot. This song makes me to recall another song by Jay Chou "Hard to Say".

Proposal

Cosmos has been my favorits flowers, I like to capture it under the sun.

Tonight watched a movie "Proposal". It's been a long time that I gave up to Hollywood's movie since they are often made up by computer technology.

Since Sandra's movie "While you were sleeping", "Lake House", and this "Proposal", she plays a wonderful role in such romantic comedy. Only knew she got married and gave birth to a twin, but she still maintains beautiful body shape.

Tomorrow is weekend, and I am having good mood because of this movie "Proposal".
