Don't tell others you're going for a trip

Recently cherry price reduced, self bought a lot as well as friends gave me. I've been eating quite a lot, 1 lb a day since breakfast to dinner...:)love cherries because of their colors. My friends said many colors can be found in each of my photo. Indeed, everything appears in front of our eyes does have its color.

Yesterday heard an interesting thing, which when you have the plan of which day leaving for a trip, it's better not to show off around on twitter, facebook, and blogs, to avoid your house turns out empty or get something stolen after you come back from holiday.

Tomatoes

I'm not a good cook, but I love to cook food related with tomatoes. I like tomatoes because my grandfater, my grandfather ate tomatoes everyday. All relatives and friends said grandfather's skin was tight and bright, without wrinkles, at that moment grandfater was already nearly 70 years old. Remember in that time had grown some tomatoes in yard. Grandfather would use tree branches to support and grandma made different tomato combinations with other food. Now, when see tomatoes will think of grandfather and buy some tomatoes back home.

Homesick today

Last week I had a wish to go back home to see my sister because my sister had holidays during the New Year; however, I didn't go back. Another reason was also because my work is busy.
In the beginning of the year I could get a big case from my biggest client, I am glad, so I only could say sorry to my sister for postpone the date.

Few days ago, took in some apples and berries, hopefully not to much sweets taken. It's unbearable from eating when seeing those attractive berries.

Spa food

Without complicated sauce, only with a few aromatic ingredients rouse the memory of flavor combining low-calorie, it is the spa food that gives no burden to body.

From the odor, hearing, vision, smell and touch to become another type of spa experience to reproduce flavor ingredients, colorful combination is another way of visual enjoyment.

Fruit meals are my favorite, but some fruits are as sweet as sugar, it's easy to eat too much sweet :-)

Tomato rice with grandparents

From childhood, had seen my grandfather ate tomatoes everyday. To the fruits that is not sweet, I was not fond of it.

In order to have me to eat tomato, grandma made different tomato combinations with other food. She would make a hole in tomato, inside put in rice and meat or fruits.

All relatives and friends said grandfather's skin was tight and bright, without wrinkles, just like a tomato. At that moment grandfater was already nearly 70 years old.


Remember in that time had grown some tomatoes in yard. Grandfather would use tree branches to support.

Now, when see tomatoes will think of grandfather, will buy some tomatoes back home to make salads or as decoration. My favorite is to put ice cream inside tomato as grandfather had always done in summer.

In the dream also hoped to have a tomato plant in a pot.

Home-made Salmon steak and Norway dream

Always eat salmon in restaurant or hotel, after recent inflation, I would buy a piece of samon as fish steak, which has always been the plan in my mind.

On Sunday, went to the market and bought some salmon, vegetables and fruits.

Fried both sides of salmon into golden yellow color, it smelled great, after a while put mushroom in together.

Has always been wanted to learn cooking, learn some Italian food, Thai food, Lebanese food. Other than the time factor, tuition fee isn't cheap at all, thus it has postponed. Could be only self-teach and self-develop. :)

In UAE, met Mr/s. Gjerde, very nice Norwegian, they asked me if I know about Norway. Their asking made me very happy bucause Scandinavia is the place I've expect to go as I took Scandinavian Airline from BKK to SIN several times during business Asian trips, I didn't want to get down the plane, rather I prefer to take long flight directly to Norway. As I replied Mr/s. Gjerde that I like Norwegian salmon very much, they were happily laughed.
