Always told myself to be strong, always told myself happiness comes from own mind.
Some apples, some little almonds, walnuts, a cup of tea, a little world does bring happiness!
It's not so diffiuclt to be happy, it all depends on a peaceul mind that thinking in.

Two years ago, was fanatically surfing on Internet. Besides from online news, fashion, everything can be found from Internet like apparels, food, living and transportation were all likely be viewed. Sometimes even lunch and dinner were dined in front of PC monitors.
Even takes a little time for internet before boarding in airport.
One day, while was chatting with a young chest physicians, saw his cellphone is a very old model, he could only use the most basic computer application. He said he doesn't have much time to use Internet.
From his confident brainy conversation, as well as from his healthy complexion, suddenly realize myself spending in front of PC everyday, skin color gets dark, neck and hand waist are suffering from pain...this physician smiled and said, nowadays people become more civilized after having computers, on the other hand there are more civilized diseases.
It is true. Counting the time spent on Internet, my life is loaded with more and more extraneous time :-)
Intenet is lovely, but there is also gaining and losing.
Always there are different moods when the flight is taken,
at the beginning of last year often hurrily rushed to the hosipital directly after my plane landed.
During that time, had been afraid if it would be the last time could be able to see the dearest family member who fell sick in the hosipital.
In the end, heaven is the last resort.
Meanwhile, I need quiet place in my mind,
I stopped the other blog where I lost motivation to continue writing, as well as the inappropriate timing to bring my own sadness to blogger friends during New Year holidays.
Time flees, a year passed, still every time when the plane takes off, it always reminds me my family member.
Many things are recalled and there is the feeling of from far to near.
Few days ago, I saw an Anthurium,
its cup is half filled by water, very beautiful.
Looking from right side there as if 3 Anthuriums, while from left side there were 2 Anthuriums.
Likewise, looking down from above there was only 1 Anthurium.
From different angles can see different shapes and reflections.
This makes me to recall what my physician friend said, "Seeing or hearing may not be the truth."
This physician friends of mine is practicing meditation. Every time we get together she always share some meditation concepts with us.
She always said," Seeing can not be all believed, hearing can not be all believed. and many things are two-faced. There are things and people that at the beginning you think they are good but turn out to be bad in the end, the truth will reveal at the end. Many things need to be consider carefully by ourselves and the truth will reveal at the end.
Indeed, many truths and facts are needed to take time to wait for the truth to reveal.
No matter what religion or superstition that it is believed in, we must let our own heart back to us, our heart will eventually see the truth gradually.
The first impression of Bangkok for me is Thai food. :)
