Motivation

Heard a friend saying, the very first thing comes into his head is the motivation when anyone talked to him.
He would begin to assume many things in his head.

I don't know if it's a good thing to give assumption toward someone, because meditation taught us not to assume when issue has not arrived not.

He must be a smart person so that his brain could function very fast to assume during conversation. I can't do it.
When someone talks to me, all I could is to listen with concentration.
I will make sure the speaker finishes all his lines. It won't be so nice if I assume and conclude wrong thinking by just taking part of the lines.

Meditation taught us to accept, face, process, and put down, while we should not suppose or assume first.

For someone who is not smart like me, still I can't learn how to think and assume by first talking.

A good medicine tastes bitter.

This water reflection photo was captured in a golf court corner. A very small corner but I think it looks gorgeous when my car was about to pass by.

I love the reflected landscape. When I was a kid, my grandmom often told me that we are reflected by others.

People always like to hear nice words, meanwhile refuse to listen to the words pointing out their shortcomings. Moreover, some people refuse to confess their shortcomings.

I like to give compliments to people. Those are not sweet words, but to those merits that are obviously seen and need to be encouraged. I think everyone has flaw as well as distinct strength.

Not many people prefer to give compliments. Some people think giving compliments would reflect their own inadequacy. Some people jealous the strength they lack. I believe people will get improved and a step closer to the better goal when they hear compliments.

One of my team members always made mistake on whatever she did since she always made the fastest move and always wanted to be the first one who finished the task. It happened to be the outcome has bad result more often the the good result. When everyone got upset on her, I told her that her ability always reached out the fastest, somehow should leave the chance for others sometimes. She only listened to the part where she did fast job, thus she happily saves the chance for others to be the first doer. After she slows down her speed, the jobs assigned to her all went right.

Seeing others well signal ourselves.

Salmon roe

Different ikura put on small pancakes.

Salmon roe, large reddish-orange individual spheres.

Sushi is rapped by ikura.
Took lots of seafoods recently, I like seafood. Salmon is the fish that I often eat, which is good for healthy due to the fish's high protein, high Omega-3 fatty acids, and high vitamin D content. Salmon is also a source of cholesterol, with a range of 23–214 mg/100g depending on the species full of protein and omega-3.

I like to eat ikura with rice, otherwise it would be too salty for me.

Enterprise's physiognomy

Although there's an old saying, "You cannot judge a book by its cover"; however, when companies interview, inevitably they take by appearance. Not necessarily to look for attractive men and women, at least they want to find someone pleases their eyes and looks lucky. Thus, physiognomy gradually becomes a way during companies' employee elections.

Nowadays enterprises can get to know more about employees by getting professional in physiognomy.

Heard a successful business man said he used to interview a very nice attitude person. The interviewee always looks straight into people's eyes. However, when the interviewer walked away and turned back in a sudden, the interviewee's eyes were exploring around. Such action shows the interviewee is a double face person, who complies in public but will oppose in private, and such person can't be relied and trust.

Many tiny actions shows the real person, which no way can pretend and hide.
