While I am not in a hurry, one of my dining habits is to have all food colors and dishes well arranged. Also the food has to be in various kind and each in small quantities :)
While I am in busy mode, a big dish will be full of convenient food enable to eat around, though my eyes could be focus on the work :)
These are the recent photos that I took regarding what I have eaten. One of my colleages becomes very talkative duing our lunch, but she swallows very fast. Often during her narration of the story, she finishes her food already and continues talking, while I am only half way of my lunch. Without knowing if I paid attention listening to her, or she really eats speedy :)
KFC used to be my most favorite food when I watch TV. Afraid of being chubby, currently I firmly say no to such relaxation.
Only cracker is allowed during TV time. Fortunately I only watch 1 hour TV a day and not everyday :)
