One of the world's highest outdoor bars, Bangkok's highest bar-----Sirocco----open-air sky bar, located on the 63rd floor of the Dome at State Tower.

With evening breeze and breathtaking view, this is unique and memorable evening in live jazz band music under the stars.

In evening gentle breeze, overlook a beautiful panoramic and stunning views of Bangkok and the Chao Phraya river.

Dome has obvious prominent architecture with its golden crown gleaming brighter and taller than the others. Dress code is an important polite at The DOME at State Tower, ripped clothing, slippers, sandals are not allowed, for gentlemen shoes should be fully covered. Also, shopping bags and backpacks are not allowed when enter.

While walking on the stairs, looking down around stunning view from the bar, some night breezes are touched, there was a feeling needed to grasp onto something.

From my experience, ladies don't have to wear too high-heeled shoes since the steps from the entrance to the bar needs to walk through the open-air stairs located on the 63th floor, accessible by an elevator from the 64th floor.

This is a romantic superior place.

From 9.00pm. - 12.00 midnight services dessert buffet under the stars, I believe those who had been there would leave a 360 degree open view trace in the memory!

Memories and Xmas.

In Xmas season, luxury boutique store windows are elaborately decorated and specially beautiful with warmth.

Xmas gift shopping has done, I'm at an ease and feeling relaxed, slowly walked and looked, wihtout enough courage to recall many memories, time flees too fast.

Often, before recalling memories, new memories take in place!


Suddenly felt the most wanted thing to do for pleasure before Xmas is to watch movie at home.

Remember once used to watch 2 old movies about Xmas, one was acted by Robert De Niro and Meryl Streep, "Falling in love".

And the other movie was by Annete Bening and her husband Warren Beatty, "Love Affair".

Those stories ended happily with warm Xmas reunion, during Xmas I always think of these 2 movies.

Xmas gifts shopping again.

Continued from Sunday's gift shopping, here I'm again. The wrap package of L'Occitane is graceful and refined, together matched with the soft color of lavenders makes me cognizing this brand.
In these recent 3 years of Xmas & New Year's gift lists, for my friends and sister, L'Occitane is one of the must. My sister said her hands are dry in winter, she always carries hand cream whenever she goes.

Those 3 sets are bought from in-flight duty free. On the airplane, L'Occitane's travel set has always been my first choice in selecting duty free products. Xmas & New Year are coming again, once again I bought it as Xmas gifts for friends and sister.

These 2 sets are the most frequent that I purchased in flight.

Have myself a little Merry Xmas

Used to thoughtfully consider several Xmas presents to give to friends.
Successively received gifts from friends, while myself hasn't buying yet. On Sunday morning went to department store, slowly selecting from 1st floor.




I love to give books as presents to friends, or perhaps books are my own favorites. Whenever a hardcover book is given by friends, it will always make me happy. Have spent a long time in the bookstore and bought a Jamie Oliver cooking recipes. He is an adorable chef as I love his quick speedy cooking with nutritious recipes as well as natural attitude. It's my first choice when I select books as gifts. Subsequently, I bought a hardcover travel book---500 of the world's greatest trips by National Geographic.

Chocolate is also my favorite choice when give friends gifts, just like thick sweet friendship.

Crystal...not bad. When in Dhahran, a friend gave me a chubby crystal fish, I love it and can't let it go out from my hand. That crystal fish also accompanied me to several countries upon job.

Watercolor, crayon and acrylic color is also my favorite choice since myself loves painting.

I hope all my friends are happy when open the gifts from me. Tomorrow will be another day to continue gifts shopping.

This ascribable spoon attach well on the cup and makes people reluctantly to remove it down from the cup. For this beautiful tea set, we slowly enjoy the food.

cake moment

Always felt X'mas is the season to eat cake. No any other moment will be more suitable to taste cake than around X'mas season. Since it brings no pressure nor guilty for gaining weight, or say the guilty feeling towards health.

In recent these days had eaten 3 pieces of cakes and the next day checked the weight in a hurry, Up to tday still do the best in walking to keep fit.

Time is fleeting.

Time is fleeting. Again, a year passed and new year comes. Every year has expectation towards Xmas, excitedly making resolution that next year must be progressing than this year.

A friend, who has known for a year, shared and let me know some of his disturbances; however, sadly I'm couldn't provide help due to distance apart, as well as due to different work and time. Thus, helpless feeling I've to theis friend. Hope that myself can improve, can provide help to friends and have more time caring about friends.

Japanese food- dinner

Fresh Norway Salmon, which is my favorite seafood, recently discovered a restaurant, Fuji, with very delicious salmon salad, white carrot slice tastes a little sweet, sour and spicy. Also with little onion and lemon grass.
Another dish is Fresh Norway Salmon wrap little cucumber and asparagus, what special is mentai sauce, mentai is cod roe.
Grill salmon with mashed white carrot and fresh lemon, wonderful dinner!

Japanese Lunch

I like Japanese food and Mediterranean food very much. Those food are loaded with vegetables, seaweed, seeds, grains, less oil, mainly from seafood.

Both of Japanese food and Mediterranean food are providing fiber or fruits for good health. Some of Japanese food with delicious sauce, like spring onion, sesame, vinegar with little sweet soy sauce, I feel happy whenever I taste these Fuji's food.
