Express check-out

Haven't been written anything for quite sometimes, have been so busy. Busy work is better than no work.
Recently had several business trips and stayed in several different hotels.
The express check-out system gives me a deep impression. There's no need to queue up
long, just fill in the form and drop into the box hotel has prepared.
The problem is the actual amount that has been charged is greater than the amount I booked shown on the webside. Knowing the amount has been deducted as I went through the online credit card statement but without a detail billing statement, just US$400 some US dollars got deducted.
I already sent email to the hotel asking for an invoice.
If the hotel just deduct and even more than the figure that was expected to everyone, will people satisfy and choose to stay again?
