Japanese Lunch

I like Japanese food and Mediterranean food very much. Those food are loaded with vegetables, seaweed, seeds, grains, less oil, mainly from seafood.

Both of Japanese food and Mediterranean food are providing fiber or fruits for good health. Some of Japanese food with delicious sauce, like spring onion, sesame, vinegar with little sweet soy sauce, I feel happy whenever I taste these Fuji's food.
