Greek & Turkish vine leave rice........

The first time I had vine leave rice was at Dhahran.
Afterwards also had from Greece and Turkey. Turkish Dolma also wraps raisins.
Greek one also tastes great. Some people dislike for tasting sour which Turkish one had lemon juice included. At first I thought the original leaves taste sour.
I love Greek spicy red pepper sauce very much, which is not spicy at all while having nice smell. Mediterranean Sawima tastes delicious as well.
When I was in Dhahran, friends invited me going to Istanbul together, didn't make by that time but I still want to go, not only for its food but also for its architecture and culture.
