This is a corner of the house which has been lived for 11 years. The polite and gentle landlords always want to spice up this stripping corner to make it fresh and new under not much renovation budget.
Under budget constraints, I suggested only to remove previous loose paint and old impurities from the wall surface, repair the gap, and paint by emulsion paint. After changed to blue color, isn't it look nicer?
