Home-made food V.S. Inflation


Everyday, financial news is all about economy faces downward slide, from the still-slumping mortgage in the U.S. to the escalating consumer price in Asia, money seems continued to shrink. Price for food also increased.
To comfort myself, it is a lucky thing to have work, should fill out myself more meaningful. For to walk further, home-made food is more healthy and save money, should reduce the chance to dine out, instead, cook more often at home, good health is the most important. For to have good health, everyday must eat several colorful food.

Here, mix green pepper, yellow pepper, red pepper, orange pepper, tomatoes, corns, zucchini, broccolis, red carrots, onions as soup.


With salad, I add in some almonds, raisins, and Turkish dried figs, which have a lot of crunchy seeds, they are delicious, nutritious, I like dried figs very much and figs contents amino acids, vitamins, offer amounts of calcium.
